Palace II is the summer residence of the Governor-General of Decoux, also known as the Governor's Residence, which is the residence and work of the Governor-General Decoux every summer (from May to October). Situated on a hillock, 1.539m above sea level, surrounded by Tran Hung Dao and Khoi Nghia Bac Son. The natural area is about 26 hectares, of which 10 hectares and 16 hectares are planned.
