Datanla is 5km far from the downtown of Dalat, on Prenn pass. It has the height of 20m. At the foot of the waterfall, Datanla stream flows slowly through cliffs then flow onto a deep hole called "The Death abyss". Tourists can walk down to Datanla waterfall or they can take the 1,000-meter roller coaster.

At the entrance of the waterfall, we can see Datanla restaurant, which was built in the form of stilt-house with thatched roof amidst the picturesque setting. The restaurant has a capacity of 150 seats, serving all day with breakfast, lunch, dinner for tourists. Especially, the grilled pork is one of the favorite foods in the site.
