Dong Nai has a diverse natural and cultural resources. Prominent is the World Biosphere Reserve, Cat Tien National Park, Dong Nai River flowing from the beginning of the province to the end of the province; many streams, lakes, beautiful falls. With 320 years of establishment and development, the land of Bien Hoa - Dong Nai has a cultural tradition, a tradition of revolutionary struggle... creating historical, cultural, religious, architectural and geographical relics. Up to now, Dong Nai has 55 provincial and national relics (including 2 special national monuments, 29 national monuments and 24 provincial relics) and over 1000 other common relics.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Nguyen - Director of Lam Dong Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism said: Lam Dong and Dong Nai have a long common boundary, in which Cat Tien National Park is located in 2 provinces. Provincial leaders also have a program signed from 2018. Due to difference in terrain and climate, the two localities have differences, if the link is created, there will be attractive tours. Hopefully, after the Conference, the Association and the local tourism management agencies will have specific plans for practical cooperation activities and effective broadcast media agencies. Especially, tourism businesses get tours to attract tourists, so that the link between the two localities is really tight.
Ms. Dang Thanh Thuy - Deputy Director of Dong Nai Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism: Dong Nai tourism has seen positive changes in transport infrastructure, more products and expanding markets, currently beginning in the past years. From many projects, creating more choices for visitors to visit... Hopefully the link between the two localities will really bring practical, professional and synchronous efficiency.
At the conference, delegates commented on the plan of cooperation in tourism development between the two localities; State management agencies, Tourism Association signed cooperation documents, creating conditions for enterprises to introduce their capabilities, advantages and preferential policies when participating in the association.
