Located right next to the road from Da Lat to Dran Pass (Don Duong), the rose garden is littered in the valley was bought by Duy Tan (Lu Gia, Da Lat). Mr. Tan's garden is ripe and harvested. Every day, he and his workers went to the garden and picked the roses to fill up the baskets and brought home the roses. The red berries are cooked to the next, enough sugar and gold are. So, in his garden, the red ripe red berries will not harvest but let fall or let the forest birds come to eat.

"The persimmon here are mainly grown in 1978, so they are quite large and give a stable yield. This year, I bought from the owner and estimated about 10 tons of fresh roses. After picking down from the ground floor, we will transfer to the high altitude by climbing trees or using long pole with cloth bags to pick" Tan shared.

Here, the persimmon are tens of meters tall, with lots of fruit and are planted intimately with the coffee. The inhabitants are mainly intercropped to get shade for coffee and increase their income, however the economic value is not high.

“With about 2ha, persimmon are grown on 100 trees. However, compared to other fruit trees, Dalat persimmon do not have to take much care. Every year after harvesting, the growers will prune the dried shoots and then remove the NPK fertilizer to increase the nutrients for the trees." Tan added..

July to November every year will be the harvest of each type of persimmon here. Specifically, the crisp harvesting time will end earlier than the ripening, or the harvesting time of ripe roses and persimmon last until December.
