To meet the needs of visitors, the Lam Dong People's Committee approved the project "Pilot using four-wheel electric or gasoline engines to transport visitors in Da Lat city". The project will be piloted over a period of three years, starting on December 20, 2018.

According to Decision No. 2174- QD-UBND of the People's Committee of Lam Dong Province, Dalat City Tour Limited Company (Dalat City, Lam Dong Province), was assigned to pilot projects on five roads in Da Lat, including around Xuan Huong Lake, Tuyen Lam Lake, Love Valley, Thai Phien Flower Village and Linh Phuoc Pagoda (Trai Mat, Da Lat). These routes will welcome guests at Yersin Park, marina, next to Xuan Huong Lake.

The Lam Dong People's Committee proposes that, for routes running through low-slope roads, priority should be given to using electric motor vehicles. This type of transportation does not pollute the environment due to the use of electricity, moderate speed, suitable for tourists sightseeing the city. Particularly, the route to Linh Phuoc Pagoda uses gasoline vehicles because Highway 20 has many means of transportation.

The application of this project is the optimal solution to reduce environmental pollution, contribute to protect and improve the urban environment.
